Hello and welcome to my web page.  My name is Mr. Nass.   I retired from being the principal at Truman schools and found that I was needed as an art instructor, which was one my major area of study.  I've been teaching grades 1 through 12 in art and as of last year, have also been directing the 7-12 choirs.  Its been a challenge and a blessing all wrapped into one.  I'm not ready to retire and have much more to give.   I hope you will take the time to view some of the art works in the galleries.  The students have done some amazing things.

I was born in Milwaukee, but also spent a lot of time in northern Wisconsin. I attended college at Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee Ill (just southwest of Chicago).  There I achieved degrees in 2-dimensional art, 3-dimensional art, and general education.  I supplemented my studies with minor degrees in Business Education and German.

I received my masters degree in year 2000 from Winona State University and a degree in school administration from Saint Mary's University in 2014.  

When I am not in my classroom, I enjoy motorcycle riding, traveling, jigsaw puzzles, singing, and playing the organ.
