Welcome! 

My name is Jade Baker. I began teaching at Truman Elementary School in 2022. I am from Mankato. I graduated from Mankato West High School and then received my B.S. from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2021. 

In my free time I enjoy spending time outside and trying out new recipes on the weekends.  As a teacher, my goal is to build strong relationships with  students and encourage them to grow their own interest in learning. I love to read aloud to students and discuss the world around us. Kindergarten is a wonderful time where we can come together and learn all sorts of new things!
